چکیده

The study aims to explore the linkages between self-help groups (SHGs) and destination sustainability. These linkages, examined through literature review, interview, observation methodology these linkages. observed that impact of SHGs on tourist destinations could be assessed as changes due their intervention in areas following Input-Output- Outcome Model. community-level sustainability initiatives are construed input variables; result is considered output, subsequent area outcome variables. assumes significance assessing community based local action initiated with variables generated from locality concerned. Further, gives a more holistic approach understanding strategies pivoting around coexistence good guest-host relationships tourism.
